Set Appointment - This is as simple as filling out the form on the contact page or giving us a call.
Site Visit - We will need to come to your home and take a few measurements in order to provide you with the most accurate and competitive pricing. You are assigned one of 4 representatives that will handle the entire project for you. You will have this representative's personal cell phone number so that you may reach them anytime 24/7. You are never left wondering what is going on!
Estimate - After a thorough inspection your representative will explain in detail our proposal and options for repair.
Contract - If you are comfortable with the proposal we submit to you we will proceed towards installation. We never ask for any money up front! Only when work is complete do we settle up on our agreement. There will be NO surprises!
Installation - Most jobs are done in one day. Each job is assigned one crew leader that is on your job the entire time. Your personal representative is also available during the installation should any questions arise.
Final Inspection - Your personal representative will make one final visit to your property to inspect the work and ensure our high standards are met. They will also complete a cleanup walk around to ensure we did a thorough cleanup and left your property better than we found it!
Payment - The final step is to present you with an invoice once all work is completed. If you are waiting for final payment from your insurance company, we will too! We understand how the claims process works and that sometimes your insurance company holds a portion of the money until completion. We do not expect you to provide the balance until you are paid!
